Currently working on a research project about the impact of advertising networks on online publishing. Affiliated with both Northwestern's Medill School and Kellogg School of Management, the center is interested in developing a better understanding of the way networks are working today and the impact they will have in shaping advertising-supported media in the future.

Working as a consultant to former employer in a designing and marketing a set of new TV listings and movie listings services for newspaper-related websites. A good example of these services is a widget-like application that enables the sports pages of sites such as ajc.com to automatically display upcoming telecasts of baseball games in the local market.
News Aggregation Startup
Served as a short-term consultant to the management team of an established web entity designing a new journalism-oriented web site for consumers.
Chicago Public Schools
Working on a pro bono basis as an advisor for the development of cpsalumni.org, a just-launched a web initiative aimed at establishing connections between Chicago public school alumni and the schools they attended.
Newspaper Association of America
Ongoing participant in NAA's audience development committee. Contributed article to a series commissioned by NAA about the future of newspapers. Read Article
Daily Pennsylvanian Alumni Association
Elected in January 2008 as President of the alumni board of the student newspaper of the University of Pennsylvania.
Direct Marketing Association
Moderated a panel discussion for senior marketing executives at October meeting in Chicago featuring representatives of Yahoo, Google, Microsoft and Centro discussing interactive marketing issues.
